Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Options and Payment Plans:

The Team Coaching Global Alliance accepts credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. The TCGA team can invoice so you can pay for training by check.

You have the option of paying in full for any training option.

Training options with a price greater than $2000 may also offer a payment plan.
The Team Coaching Global Alliance requires 25% at the time of enrollment, and then three monthly payments are automatically drawn on your choice account each month until the payment plan is completed.

Finance charges of $288 are included in any payment plan.

The Team Coaching Global Alliance does not offer custom payment plans. Prices are not negotiable. It is not the policy of the Team Coaching Global Alliance to offer discounts on the cost of training programs. TCGA has worked on pricing training programs as economically as possible and delivering the highest possible value in training. No discounts are guaranteed to be offered.

Global pricing is adjusted based on world economic data. Using geolocation and tagging allows us to present the price in your country when you log in. The country of your residence is used as the determining factor to determine which tier in our Global Pricing Policy for which you qualify. Group Payment Policy

The Team Coaching Global Alliance offers a group discount process. If your team meets the following guidelines, we want to work with you! Your team must:

  • All work for the same organization or association.
  • Take the training at the same time.
  • Be invoiced together, ideally through the company.
  • Be willing to be charged based on the country where you live. International groups, where individual members are priced differently based on each country of residence, are available.

Pricing options are as follows:

  • 10% discount for 3-4 registrations
  • 15% discount for five or more
  • Custom quotes are available for ten or more participants, including in-person, and blended learning.

Training/Event Cancellation Policy.

The Team Coaching Global Alliance carries parallel cancellation policies, one for students and a second policy if for some reason TCGA has to cancel a scheduled training.


Here is the Student cancellation policy:

  • Any student can cancel up to one full week before the cohort’s start date at no charge.
  • If the student cancels between one full week before the start of classes but before the midpoint of the sessions in the cohort, the student receives a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Once the midpoint of the training process occurs and the student cancels, there will be no refund.

While it is never the intention of the Team Coaching Global Alliance to cancel or reschedule training or events, life does happen sometimes, and these circumstances come up from time to time.

Suppose the Team Coaching Global Alliance cancels a training or event. In that case, enrolled students have two options:  1) receive a full refund to their payment method or 2) move their registration to a different cohort at no charge. There is no cost to the student for either option.

The same options are available to students if the Team Coaching Global Alliance has to change the dates for a training cohort or other event.

International Coaching Federation Team Coaching Specialty Designation: The Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)

While the Team Coaching Global Alliance has worked to align training options toward the International Coaching Federation’s specialty designation in team coaching, completing the training does NOT guarantee that you will earn the ICF’s specialty designation.

You may still have to complete additional requirements to earn the team coaching specialty designation. The specific requirements are in a pilot project at the time of this writing. (February 2021)

Final details for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) are expected to be announced in the Q4 of 2022.
